After a wonderful visit to the US, we are now back in New Zealand. We enjoyed visiting with everyone and it's just too bad that we didn't have more time to spend with people. The 11 days went by very quickly and a special thanks to my parents, Erin's Mom, Erin's Dad, American Airlines, and the Park Plaza hotel where we spent our nights while visiting the US. As we discussed with many of you while we were home, start making your plans for a visit to this side of the world.
We celebrated 2007 and welcomed in 2008 with a bunch of friends in the city. We watched the fireworks from their balcony and had a great night. Today we went to the beach as it was a hot/sunny first day of 2008.
We are heading away for another 11 day trip to the south island. We will most likely not be blogging while we are away, but check back in mid-January for the update on our trip and all the adventures that we went on.

Ah the old beach rock toss... good times! Looks like you enjoying winter with your beach outfits and the cool shades. So jealous.
